Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Physically damaged product - must be supported with an unboxing video and photos.
  • Wrong product delivered - must be supported with an unboxing video and photos.
  • Defective product – must be supported with a demonstration video. In some cases, our technician may attempt an on-site resolution.

If the claim is found genuine:

  • The customer must first return the product to us.
  • Once received and verified, a full or partial refund will be initiated as per policy.
