Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Physically damaged product - must be supported with an unboxing video and photos.
- Wrong product delivered - must be supported with an unboxing video and photos.
- Defective product – must be supported with a demonstration video. In some cases, our technician may attempt an on-site resolution.
If the claim is found genuine:
- The customer must first return the product to us.
- Once received and verified, a full or partial refund will be initiated as per policy.
