Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping to cities all over India.
  • All orders are dispatched from our factory located in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
  • Customers usually receive their orders within 6–8 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
  • We do not provide express shipping, so please plan your orders accordingly.
  • Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Failed Deliveries:

  • If a customer fails to receive the order after three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers may request re-shipment with an updated address and contact details. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery may take longer during festivals, natural calamities, strikes, riots, or government-imposed restrictions.
  • CarysilShop.com shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, governmental actions, etc.
  • For a smooth and secure delivery experience, please keep an OTP or a government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar card) ready for verification. This helps ensure successful delivery and avoids any chance of return.
  • Kindly note that Open Box Delivery is unavailable. We appreciate your understanding and request you not to ask for this option at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • For cancellation requests before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

Return / Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
    • The wrong product was delivered.
  • You must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video and relevant photos for verification.
  • Once approved, customers must return the product to the provided address, after which a replacement will be dispatched.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Incorrect item ordered by the customer
    • Change of mind or dislike of product
    • Color variation due to display screens

Returns are only accepted if the product was received in a damaged or defective condition. The customer must dispatch the return within 7 calendar days of approval, using the provided return label. Returns beyond this period may not be accepted

Steps to initiate a return:

  • Send clear images and videos of the damaged/defective item to support your claim.

Return/Replacement Process:

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
  • After we receive the returned product, a replacement will be shipped.

Important Note:

Color variations due to screen display settings are not grounds for return.
